October 03, 2004 - Msg 23944: Hello everyone..
Well I wasnt going to post my feelings on Halloween, but I see some of you share my views. Although I have a twist on it.
Halloween is a pagan holiday;therefore, I choose not to celebrate, or allow my children to celebrate, of course they are very small. The Bible tells us to sway from pagan ways, witchcraft, etc..so I do try to follow God's word.
As a child, I never liked Halloween either..maybe the Lord was preparing me for my future knowlege of the holiday. To me,if it doesnt glorify God in any way, then lets not celebrate it.
Like MDC and Romeena, our church has a Fall Festival too. And I must admit..I wasnt even crazy about the idea of that when I first was involved in it, of course, after my first was born. I thought that it was just a cover up for Halloween..but actually it is a safe place for kids to go and have a great time..and still learn about God..we dress as Biblical Characters..or animals as MDC posted. My daughter was a giraffe one year..her friend was too(but he got sick) anyway..they were suppose to be going on Noah's Ark, two by two..really cute..so this year, the baby will be the giraffe. Now i have to come up with a Biblical character for my other daughter..I wanted it to be female..any ideas? one little girl was Martha, with all here cleaning supplies, was too cute.
Oh and like Romeena, we discourage the spooky, etc costumes.
I also dont turn my porch light on or buy candy. And of course, I am the black sheep on my side of the family..everyone else celebrates it..oh well..its my conviction not theirs and I am trying to live every day for the Lord..
My..sorry I went to rambling...
Have a great night everyone!

October 03, 2004 - Msg 23951: That's right, Asa, and try your best to look three years old! (teehee)

Alyce, I hear what you're saying regarding the pagan holiday, and I can't disagree with you, though I'm perhaps a little more relaxed about it. I really wouldn't want to explore too deeply into the origins of our Easter and Christmas traditions, but my children hunted eggs, and I always decorate the house for Christmas, complete with a huge tree. The origins of those things mean nothing to me, they have just been incorporated into our holiday traditions, and they're fun. I guess, to me, it all hinges on the intent of the individual. When my little kids dressed as Tweety Bird and Sylvester, and schmoozed candy from the neighbors, they weren't celebrating any pagan holiday, they were just having fun. I think it's entirely appropriate for churches to offer alternatives, though, especially in these days when the candy some neighbors might dispense might not be safe. As you said, to each their own convictions, and you certainly have a point. We made it clear to our children that the night had no special significance to us, it was simply a time when they could dress up, the neighbors would be expecting them, and would have a treat for them. Nothing more than that.

I surely am glad Andy and Aunt Bee decided not to sell their house. It would have been hard to get used to them living in a different place.

Everyone have a great week. Sugarplum says hey! --Romeena

October 03, 2004 - Msg 23952: One more thing. I'd like to know what kind of math Barney was using when he figured he'd make over $3,000 off those real estate deals. If the house he wanted Andy to buy was only $3500, then the others must have been pretty close to that, so there probably wasn't but about $15-20,000 changing hands in all. At 5%, how did Barney figure to make over $3k? Hmmmm??? --Romeena

October 04, 2004 - Msg 23953: $3,500 was the difference in the price he could get for Andy's house and what the Williams' house would cost. I think it was $27,500 and $24,000 so that's $51,500. 5% of that would be $2,575 plus the other houses he had figured to sell.

October 04, 2004 - Msg 23954: Good Morning all!
Romeena: thanks for understanding and being pleasant about my convictions..so many people look down upon others convictions. As far as Easter and Christmas.. of course we celebrate them! My daughter knows that the Easter bunny is not real and that Easter is about the crucifixtion and reserection of Christ..I do let her hunt for eggs too. And she does believe in Santa Claus, but also we celebrate Jesus too..have even made a birthday cake for Jesus on Christmas before. I have not been convicted of the Santa thing yet..and until I am, we will continue to "do" Santa. Easter and Christmas are happy holidays filled with love..i never saw Halloween as that.. Ok..enough of my thoughts, beliefs, etc...
Everyone have a terrific day!!

October 04, 2004 - Msg 23956: I read that the trick or treating part of Halloween(which is pretty much all there is to it from my perspective, besides the scary programs they show around that time) was actually started by the Catholic Church to recognize the souls of the Christian dead. Children would go around door-to-door begging for tiny pastries and in return for receiving one, they would promise to say a prayer for each family's loved ones who had died to help them find a way out of purgatory(if they were there I imagine) and into Heaven. Maybe that would be a nice tradition to start up again during Halloween.
That is what I read, but Halloween for me was always just about dressing up and having fun and I never knew nor thought about the pagan beginnings of that holiday, nor did I care to. I have to admit though, I do like spooky movies and programs that come on in abundance during this time. Not slasher films. Can't stand them; never could. I like your traditional monster movies more.
I do see the continuing phasing out of Christian influences in holidays though. And speaking of Easter, just this last one my Wife, my daughter Kai and I went to Madison(which is a known liberal city - I don't know if that has anything to do with this story, I'll let you decide) to go shopping at one of the malls there. Inside, we saw the typical Easter Bunny setup, where kids could go and have their picture taken with the Easter Bunny. But - and I may have been the only one to notice this, I don't know - the whole thing was advertised as "Bunny and Me", with no mention of Easter at all(I read the pamphlet). Now, was it just me, or was that a deliberate omission to appease our increasingly secular society(and the aclu)?
Well, luckily Kai was scared of the big bunny or I would have been forced to be a bad guy and say no to getting her picture taken with "Bunny". If they didn't have the guts to keep the word Easter in there, I wasn't going to give them my money. Was I off-base?
Anyway, I'll get off the soapbox now.
Have a great day everyone!

p.s. by the way, I don't know why but everytime I went to write "holiday" I automatically almost wrote "holOday". I guess I'm just too used to writing holobyte. ;)

October 04, 2004 - Msg 23957: Alyce, I agree with mayberry deputy...what works for you is what's best. I applaud you for standing by your convictions. The biggest problem I have with Halloween is when folks "ship in" their kids to several neighborhoods to simply see how much candy they can collect. Some of the kids that come to our door have deeper voices than me, don't even bother with a costume (not even homemade, which is what I wore as a kid), don't bother saying "trick-or-treat" and Lord knows wouldn't even think of saying thank you. I blame the parents. That's why in the last couple of years we've taken the kids to either church sponsored or school sponsored "carnivals." It's much safer.... plus my wife doesn't have to hear me gripe about the constant parade of non-costume wearing-non appreciative-juvenile delinquents to our front door. Other than that, y'all have a great day.

October 04, 2004 - Msg 23958: Afternoon all!
Sterling: I remember when we were little we would go around saying "Trick or treat, smell my feet, give me something good to eat" See, I guess it was fun back then, but even then, I just remember hating it, most parts of it that is..and even the church I grew up in would have the Halloween party...a real one, even with the haunted house..I still cant get over it.
Oh and Sterling..you arent off base either about Easter. I agree with you there. I think Easter is the most important holiday actually.

October 04, 2004 - Msg 23959: G'day all. Hope we didn't "scare" off pipeman
(pun intended) and his Cremshaw party idea!
Just from this brief discussion that I apparently inadvertently started, us older folks can see how much this "holiday" has changed, both commercially and as the real origins/meanings of it come out. A google search brings up some very interesting sites, that is for sure!
As kids in the 50's, early 60's (when the Cremshaw ep was filmed), all was still pretty "innocent", but my goodness, now 2 months beforehand, the stores are chock full of grotesque
stuff etc that is amazing!
I didnt mean to cause this, I just wanted to share my childhood halloween story with him.
As the weather changes, the leaves turn colors and fall, I wish we could just all have a get-together in someone's big backyard and have that
party! I truely would like to meet you all someday!
Have a good mayberry day!
Mr Darlin's Cuz

October 04, 2004 - Msg 23960: MDC: I dont think you started anything. It was me, of course, that put the negative on the holiday. Hope Pipeman didnt get offended either. You are right about the stores..its just gory stuff out there. I dont want my kids to be scared..there is too much scary stuff in the world as it is.
I was just saying the other day how I wished I could do with my children, what my parents could do with us...like leave us in the car to run into the pharmacy for 2 minutes to pick up an Rx...I usually get someone to ride with me or get someone to pick up the meds for me. Its crazy to drag them out for a whole 2 minutes! Anyway..there I go on my soap box now.
Also a great big Brunswick stew would be nice! My husband and brother in law are doing one in a month for our sunday school class..that is good eating.

October 04, 2004 - Msg 23962: You too, Alyce? Our Church/School(they were connected) had a Halloween party too. The only thing I didn't like about it was the weird feeling I would get about being in the school and Church basement at night. It just looked like a different place to a kid than it did in the daytime. They did the haunted house thing too, and while I don't really care for haunted houses(I mean what's so interesting about someone in a costume jumping out at you saying "boo"?!) I got more into these because I helped build them with my brothers, other people from the church, and my older brother's carpenter friend who eventually took over the whole haunted house thing and was soon building elaborate one-level-house-sized haunted houses. It was pretty fun seeing it come together. He did get burned out by trying to top himself every year I think, and he eventually moved away, got married and is a deacon at his church. He's a good guy!
If I may drag this story out even further, one year we were putting on the haunted house I was delegated to be a guy who gets his head chopped off with a guillotine(you can guess who built the actual-sized guillotine), and they wanted more blood on top of my costume but they ran out of fake blood, so someone went into the school kitchen and brought out - you guessed it - ketchup. Well, they doused me with ketchup and needless to say, after smelling old ketchup for 6 hours, I no longer like ketchup. Even now. Just mustard, please. ;)
Sorry for the length of that story. I'm quite long-winded today. I think I may have already told that story here before anyway.

October 04, 2004 - Msg 23963: Speaking of good eating.....I mentioned last week we were having our Rotary Club cookout on Saturday night. Well boy did we put on the feed bag. Steamed oysters were incredible, baked taters were perfect, great salad, and the steak filets you could have cut with a fork! That kind of eatin' will make your tongue slap your brain. Hey MD & Big Tom (and all the race fans) they're really startin' to pour on the coverage (advertising/stories) around here for the fall race at Darlington. They hope it's gonna be a sellout because of the "playoff" format. Maybe so.
Rev.Jr.

October 04, 2004 - Msg 23964: Sterling, I think we posted at the same time. The "....speaking of good eating" I was referring to was Alyce's mention of Brunswick stew, not old ketchup. Ha! I know I'm southern and we eat a lot of strange stuff (according to some on the porch) but I've never had a hankerin' for ketchup that's been sittin on a guy's head for 6 hours. Just clarifying.
Rev.Jr.

October 04, 2004 - Msg 23965: Sterling: Funny story you have there! I didnt like those haunted houses. One year they actually used the church. That to me is like using the Lord's name in vain! Once they just used a room in the community house (fellowship hall) and they kept getting me to go inside, I didnt want to..it scared me. I was dressed as a mixed match person, so I had one shoe that was flat heel and the other was a big clunky high heel, well they opened the door and someone on the floor grabbed my ankle trying to pull me in..so I just about broke the hand that was on me with that heel...and in the process I ran out leaving my shoe! Once, a man, who is a great Christian man(whom I go to another church with now) chased me around the church yard with a big dragon or dinosaur costume on..scared me to death! No wonder I hate halloween!
To ge honest it all really started when I was about 3 years old..if anyone's interested in that story, let me know..You know I am long winded too, so I will spare yall this time, unless you approve the story, haha!

Rev Jr: that meal sounded good..all except for the oysters (sorry)! Steak sounded great though.

October 04, 2004 - Msg 23967: Woohoo, Rev Jr. that whole meal sounds great, including the oysters. I love 'em, though I prefer them fried. Sterling, I agree with you completely about the "bunny" thing. If they don't have the courage to include the Easter word, then why even observe the holiday? Same for Christmas. If all they can say is "happy holidays", or "season's greetings", then just forget it. I realize that's an attempt to include Hanukkah for our Jewish friends, and I understand that. However, I'd rather just see an outright "Happy Hanukkah", rather than the insipid, lukewarm "season's greetings." I have Jewish friends, and I have no problem whatsoever in wishing them a happy Hanukkah. It's a holy day for them, and was no doubt observed by our Lord as well, so why shouldn't I wish them well? May I also insert a word of recognition here for the Jewish employees at our hospital, who frequently volunteer to work on Christmas, so that more Christian employees can be off? In addition, many folks from the Jewish community come in and volunteer to do the non-licensed jobs, such as linen service and housekeeping, in order to free as many of those employees as possible. Sadly, I don't see myself or any other Christians returning the favor on their holy days. Makes you think.

Well, gotta get ready to go to work. Have a great evening, everyone. Sugarplum says hey! --Romeena

October 05, 2004 - Msg 23978: Mornin' porchsters....sorry jelsic, gotta go with my Braves! Been pulling for 'em since I was a kid. As a matter of fact, one of my favorite memories is when Dad took me to see the last weekend of the season back in '74 or '75. Saw Hank Aaron hit number 713. Thought he was going to tie Babe's record on the last day of the season, but it wasn't meant to be. Big Tom, I didn't cook the oysters, only assisted. Here's the method that was used. Using an outdoor burner, like the kind you fry turkeys with,in a big pot, put about 4 to 5 inches of water in the bottom (that's kind of a stupid statement on my part, it would be real hard to put the water at the top)...put fresh oysters in basket and lower into pot. Cover with lid. When steam begins to "billow" out, not just a little bit, but alot, remove lid, lift basket out and pour onto a sturdy table. The shell of the oyster should be popped open just a little bit, enough to wedge that oyster knife in and open it the rest of the way. You can overcook 'em which will give you that chewy sensation. And, we're so close to the coast that they ship 'em in REALLY fresh. Maybe that has something to do with it as well.

October 05, 2004 - Msg 23979: Hi Porch pals! Been gone a spell (DSL got shut off by accident) and surely did miss you all.

Halloween = All Hallows Eve. The night before All Saints Day (as celebrated on the Catholic calendar). What we like to do is dress up as our favorite Saints and trick-or-treat. That way when people ask who you are, you can do some evangelizing. I don't go for all the scary decorations - you know there's a house in my neighborhood that has all their spooky decorations up already!? I'll bet the don't do squat at Christmas. And if you look back into the history of these holidays, you needen't be frightened that they replaced some pagan holidays. We REPLACED them. They are no more. This helped the Pagans of the day learn about salvation. Our Dear Lord may not have been born on December 25, but there surely won't be any idol worshiping on that day any more!!

When Coffee was first brought back to the old country from South America, many people were frightened of it's pleasurable powers. So they took it to the Pope of that time and asked him to condemn it. He sampled the beverage and declared that it was so pleasing and good that he "claimed it for Christ and the Glory of God".

I'll get off my soapbox now. Good topic though!

Personally, I've enjoyed hearing the different points of view. Mrs. Wiley, you sure put out some food for thought there. Thanks! Great discussion on this. Yes Romeena, respect is the word! Only on this board do I see that!
Must be all those life lessons that Andy taught us!
Speaking of that, look what Donna Reed did to transform the old house in "It's a Wonderful Life." that could be used as a springboard for what Mrs Wiley was saying. I did a little net research, and indeed, the Church inst-tuted Christian HOLYdays in place of the pagan holidays.
For example, Saturnalia was celebrated near December 25, for the dark winter solstice, and the Church fathers said let's "counter" that with the birth of Christ instead, celebrating new life! In fact, He was probably actually born in April or May because of the sheep in the fields, census, that we see in the written accounts, etc.
Here's one for you, last night's local ep was the "Fair Earnest T" where Andy transforms him (for a bit anyway). But during the ep Barney calles all the ladies there "dogs." I was surprised that was said that way in the early 60's. He even said "Fly a quail thru here and they'd all turn and point!" A funny line perhaps , but pretty derogatory.
Oh well, enuf of my soapbox for today.

October 05, 2004 - Msg 23989: Thanks Rev. sounds like I may have had too much water in my cooker. The ones that were submerged may have been the chewy ones. Heres a twist, try smokin' 'em over hickory coals. After ya' steam 'em put 'em on a screen wire like a door screen and cover them with a wet cloth like a drop cloth. It holds the smoke in which gives the oysters a hickory flavor. Apple wood works well too. I use green wood. Alyce, I look a lot more like Hulk Hogan. I have the mustache and hair like him anyway and I'm about the same size but it ends right there. We were in Pigeon Forge for the car show and my wife told some kids that I was Hulk Hogan. Boy whatta mess she made. Every kid there wuz on me like a duck on a junebug. I've run into Big Tom a few times and we laugh about havin' the same name, so yea' I'm a Survivor fan. October 06, 2004 - Msg 24006: Alyce, I am really going to sound like a fanatic, but here goes. About 15 years ago I read a book about the origins of Halloween and it scared the Chihuahua out of me! As I remember it the trick or treat thing started with the Druids, not the Catholics and had to do with selecting a virgin for a sacrifice on Halloween. Anyway, I have sort of steered clear of it since then. I do take my kids to the Fall festivals, though so they have a good time and get lots of candy, anyway. I just don't like scary stuff, myself. Also....I like to think of Easter as First Fruits (the Jewish observance) and I try to focus on the ressurection since Easter is actually a pagan word coming from the Goddess of fertility, Eastra (I think that was her name). I do color eggs with the kids, though so maybe I'm a hypocrite, heehee. I love Christmas but I didn't teach my kids about Santa. The other day my son said to me, "Mom, I believed what you told me about Jesus because you didn't lie to me about Santa.". Interesting statement coming from a nine year old...made me think. I would certainly never judge someone else for celebrating holidays, as I'm sure you wouldn't, either. Was it MDC that said he liked scary movies?? Ever seen the old black and white, Night Of The Living Dead?? Spoooooky!!!

Its still HOT here!! Hope you are happy, Asa!

I have REALLY been busy this weeks so I haven't posted much and may not for awhile. I am leaving in the morning for Houston for an appointment for my son and I have been caring for my parents who are having a really tough time, Mom is having surgery on Monday for a shoulder fracture and I think my dad is having strokes or something. He just isn't able to take care of himself and mom anymore so I will be moving in with them soon and I fear you may not hear from me for a long time. I will let you know if it comes to that, though. Well, got to go take my baby girl to her grandma's. She is staying with her for a couple of days (Hoo-Rah). My love to All!

Explanation to a 9 yr old - Why we're at War

The other day, my nine year old son wanted to know why we were at war. My husband looked at our son and then looked at me. My husband and I were in the Army during the Gulf War and we would be honored to serve and defend our country again today. I knew my husband would give him a good explanation.

My husband thought for a few minutes and then told my son to go stand in our front living room window. He told him: "Son, stand there and tell me what you see?"

"I see trees and cars and our neighbors' houses." he replied.

"OK, now I want you to pretend that our house and our yard is the United States of America and you are President Bush."

Our son giggled and said "OK."

"Now son, I want you to look out the window and pretend that every house and yard on this block is a different country" my husband said.

"OK Dad, I'm pretending."

"Now I want you to stand there and look out the window and see that man come out of his house with his wife and he has her by the hair and is hitting her. You see her bleeding and crying. He hits her in the face, he throws her on the ground then he starts to kick her to death.

Their children run out and are afraid to stop him; they are crying; they are watching this, but do nothing because they are kids and afraid of their father. "Do you see all of this, son? What do you do?"

"Dad?"

What do you do son?"

"I call the police, Dad."

"OK. Pretend that the police are the United Nations and they take your call, listen to what you know and saw but they refuse to help. What do you do then son?"

"Dad, but the police are supposed to help!" My son starts to whine.

"They don't want to son, because they say that it is not their place or your place to get involved and that you should stay out of it," my husband says.

"But Dad...he killed her", my son exclaims.

"I know he did..., but the police tell you to stay out of it. Now I want you to look out that window and pretend you see our neighbor, who you're pretending is Saddam, turn around and do the same thing to his children."

"Daddy...he kills them?"

"Yes son, he does. What do you do?"

"Well, if the police don't want to help, I will go and ask my next door neighbor to help me stop him." our son says.

"Son, our next door neighbor sees what is happening and refuses to get involved as well. He refuses to open the door and help you stop him," my husband says.

"But Dad, I NEED help! I can't stop him by myself!"

"WHAT DO YOU DO SON?"

Our son starts to cry.

"OK, no one wants to help you, the man across the street saw you ask for help and saw that no one would help you stop him. He stands taller and puffs out his chest. Guess what he does next son?"

"What Daddy?"

"He walks across the street to the old ladies house and breaks down her door and drags her out, steals all her stuff and sets her house on fire and then..he kills her. He turns around and sees you standing in the window and laughs at you. WHAT DO YOU DO?"

"Daddy..."

"WHAT DO YOU DO?"

Our son is crying and he looks down and he whispers, "I close the blinds, Daddy."

"My husband looks at our son with tears in his eyes and asks him..."Why?"

"Because Daddy.....the police are supposed to help...people who needs it....and they won't help. You always say that neighbors are supposed to HELP neighbors, but they won't help either. They won't help me stop him...I'm afraid....I can't do it by myself..Daddy, .....I can't look out my window and just watch him do all these terrible things and... and.....do nothing...so....I'm just going to close the blinds....so I can't see what he's doing........and I'm going to pretend that it is not happening."

I start to cry.

My husband looks at our nine year old son, standing in the window, looking pitiful and ashamed at his answers to my husband's questions and he tells him..."Son..."

"Yes, Daddy."

"Open the blinds because that man,... he's at your front door..."WHAT DO YOU DO?"

My son looks at his father, anger and defiance in his eyes. He balls up his tiny fists and looks his father square in the eyes, without hesitation he says: "I DEFEND MY FAMILY DAD! I'M NOT GONNA LET HIM HURT MOMMY OR MY SISTER, DAD! I'M GONNA FIGHT HIM, DAD, I'M GONNA FIGHT HIM!"

I see a tear roll down my husband's cheek and he grabs my son to his chest and hugs him tight, and cries..."It's too late to fight him, he's too strong and he's already at YOUR front door son.....you should have stopped him BEFORE he killed his wife. You have to do what's right, even if you have to do it alone, before......it's too late." my husband whispers.

THAT scenario I just gave you is WHY we are at war with Iraq. When good men stand by and let evil happen is the greatest EVIL of all.

Our President is doing what is right. We, as a free nation, must understand that this war is a war of humanity. We must remove evil men from power, so that we can continue to live in a free world where we are not afraid to look out our window......so that my nine year old son won't

Speaking of goats. . .here's a little kid story. We recently moved the goats to some new pasture. Well the boys (two leggeds) were playing in the pasture as well. Our little bottle babies looked at the big goats and looked at the boys and ran after the boys like puppy dogs. The were jumping and running and little tails wagging - it was a sight for a momma's eyes. Ahhh the country life. . .

Little meat loaves for supper with some broccoli, and some taters, and some beans too for good measure! Ya'll come!!

October 08, 2004 - Msg 24031: Good evening, porch! Bulbsie, you don't scare me a-tall, friend. I rather imagine your broom is used more for sweeping than for riding. And now, for some reason, the movie "Hocus-Pocus" popped into my head. It's hilarious. Yes, it's about witches, but it's about as scary as Samantha Stevens, and it's such a farce that no one would take it seriously. Bette Midler is a scream. Here's my favorite scene: The three inept witches are about to flee a scene. One hops on a broom and flies off. The second looks around, grabs a mop, hops on and flies away. The third, the one who always gets things wrong, is left behind momentarily, then has a brainstorm. She grabs a vacuum cleaner, hops on and flies away too, with the long electric cord trailing! Too funny!

homemaker, what a delightful scene you just described. Little boys and young animals - just made for each other. Besides, there just about isn't anything any cuter than a baby goat.

Pipeman, I think I'll bring a big salad, with little mandarin oranges, and walnuts, and lots of different kinds of greens, and maybe a new Key Lime dressing I found that's just delish! As for cooked greens, I like 'em all, any way you want to fix 'em, but my favorite way is sauteed in a little bacon grease until they're nice and limp, then shake a little vinegar pepper sauce over them, tuck a napkin under my chin to catch the drips and the cornbread crumbs, and slurp away! MMmmmmMMMMM!!

October 08, 2004 - Msg 24036: Howdy Porch!

Been a bit too busy lately, sorry I haven't visited a little more. I was reading about everyone's opinions about Halloween. I am the person who hands out candy at this house. I don't really mind at all when some of the teenagers come, not even dressed up in costume, begging for candy. I personally feel every teenager needs a little extra love nowadays. When my children were under 12, I viewed teens as rebellious trouble makers. When my kids got into those years, and of course their friends did also, I began to realize a lot of society looks on that age group with a guarded opinion. Some of them start to dye their hair strange colors, some get awful looking piercings or tattoos. It can be pretty hard to look at them with love. But I know that is what I am supposed to do, and most of them react very positively to you, when you show a little kindness. Young people go through so much, and I think if adults show a little more compassion and understanding, well, you just never know what that might do to a young person's outlook on life in general. In conclusion...LOL... when teenagers come to my door, they always get a smile, and a candy!

I guess the older I get, the more people I understand and like! Just think when I am 100!!

Have a great day all!

Mary Wiggins
